Hello everyone!
 My name is John, and I’m an experienced English teacher from London, England. I graduated from Oxford University in 2016 with a degree in English Literature. Although Oxford is a very studious place, I like to maintain a sense of fun and creativity!

I have taught extensively, mostly as a private tutor, and have also had the chance to travel as part of these roles.
 I really enjoy travelling, films, art, and sports. Some of my favourite things include watching movies in winter in England, relaxing on a beach in Okinawa, and enjoying coffee in Italy.

I like to provide practical and structured lessons with clear outcomes, but I also make sure they are enjoyable. Since there is no single way of teaching, I enjoy adapting to my students’ goals and learning styles.

I joined CafeTalk because I loved my experiences travelling in Japan, I appreciate the flexibility it offers both students and teachers, and I liked the name - it suggests a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!
