Hello and welcome to my page!
I'm Gregory — Italian-French by origin, and currently based in India, where I'm deepening my own yoga practice. Before that, I spent almost twenty years teaching skiing and telemark, working one-on-one with students of every age, level, and background. That experience taught me something simple: everyone learns differently and the best lessons meet you exactly where you are.
Today I bring that same philosophy to language and yoga teaching. I hold a Level 5 TEFL certification and a certified Yoga Teacher qualification, and my lessons are built around your goals — whether that's gaining confidence for travel or work, preparing for real conversations, or simply enjoying a calmer, more mindful practice.
I promise structure and patience — but also a relaxed atmosphere. Learning works best when it doesn't feel like a chore, so expect a few smiles along the way, especially if you don't take yourself too seriously either!
I'd love to get to know you and help you reach your goals, one lesson at a time. See you in class!
