日本語・タイ語講師の Haruhi です。
今日は昼ごはんにチャーハンを作りました。
タイにもチャーハンはあります。
タイ語でカーオパットと言います。
日本のチャーハンとの大きな違いは
・タイ米を使う
・ナンプラーを使う
でしょう。
私が作ったのは、普通のチャーハンと味噌汁、キムチ、生姜焼きなので、全くタイの要素はないですね。
タイの要素が全くなかったので、お子様ランチっぽくタイの国旗を立ててみました。
＊タイ文字では ข้าวผัด khâaw phàt と書きます。
