日本（にほん）のレストランでは食（た）べ残（のこ）しを持（も）ち帰（かえ）ることはあまりしません。
日本餐厅通常不会把剩菜剩饭带回家。

なぜなら、持（も）ち帰（かえ）る間（あいだ）に食材（しょくざい）が傷（いた）んで食中毒（しょくちゅうどく）などが起（お）きれば、店側（みせがわ）に損害賠償（そんがいばいしょう）が請求（せいきゅう）される可能性（かのうせい）があるからです。
这是因为，如果食物在外卖过程中受损并发生食物中毒，餐厅可能要承担赔偿责任。
