However, it is predicted that there will be a large shortage of nursing care personnel in the future.

 

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare, there will be a shortage of approximately 290,000 nursing care workers by 2040.

 

There is a movement to attract nursing care personnel from overseas, but I don't think it's a good idea to rely on overseas personnel.

 

Someone who works 24 hours a day without complaining...that's AI and robots.

 

I believe that the key to how we can use the power of technology to reduce the burden on nursing care workers is the key to being able to live with peace of mind in our old age.
