is a total body workout that requires no gym or equipment. You exercise right at home, using your own body weight for resistance. The program is based on a fitness method called *max interval training*.

課程預約確定前

課程預約確定後
- 課程時間前 1 小時內→ 收取 100% 課程費用為取消費。
- 課程時間前 6~1 小時→ 收取 50% 課程費用為取消費。
- 缺席→ 收取 100% 課程費用為取消費。
