Our fitness program
is a total body workout that requires no gym or equipment. You exercise right at home, using your own body weight for resistance. The program is based on a fitness method called *max interval training*.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

- Weniger als 6 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ 50% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
- No-Show→ 100% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
