Head roll with deep breathing
Benefit: Releases stiffness from the neck and shoulders, improves posture, and increases oxygen flow for relaxation.
Eyebrow pull-up
Benefit: Lifts the forehead area, reduces tension from frowning, and helps open up tired eyes.
Pout & release with open mouth (south stretch)
Benefit: Relaxes tight lips and jaw, reduces stress lines around the mouth, and improves flexibility.
Water-in-mouth (push side to side)
Benefit: Tones the cheeks, strengthens facial muscles, and smooths smile lines.
Look up & chin lift
Benefit: Stretches the neck and jawline, reduces sagging, and helps improve posture.
Face tapping
Benefit: Boosts blood circulation, gives a natural glow, and helps the skin feel refreshed and awake.
