Inspired by Margaret and Sandy Roberts' book of Indigenous Healing Plants, this lesson covers a select few plants that have incredible benefits for nutrition and healing properties. 

You will learn how to identify, grow and safely prepare the plant/s for their various uses, and learn about their medicinal properties. 

This lesson is purely for those who are interested in learning about plants and their medicinal benefits. It can by no means replace a professional medical consultation. The lesson will be conducted in English (intermediate-advanced level).
