Join our 30-Minute Baby & Abs Workout designed for busy parents! Strengthen your core, improve posture, and tone your abs — all while bonding with your baby. This fun, interactive workout uses playful movements that engage your baby, turning exercise time into quality time. No equipment needed, just bring your little one and get ready to move, laugh, and feel great!
We'll start off discussing where your little one is at developmentally so we know how to best include them during your workout.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.
If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

After request is confirmed (fixed)
- Less than 1hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
- Between 1-6hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
- No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
