The important thing is to connect your breathing and movement.
Without overdoing it, listen carefully to your body and incorporate the movements you need.
It brings out flexibility, core and concentration.
 
What you need to prepare
1. yoga mat
2. Wear comfortable clothes
3. Drinks and towels
4. Set the camera where the whole body can be seen.
 
May your 30 minutes be as fulfilling as possible.
