Listening Exercise (15 mins):

  • Task: Identify orders, pinpoint questions, and capture extra details
  • Discussion: Reflect on and discuss the content of the dialogue
Role Play (25 mins):
  • Activity: Pairs (Waiter & Customer roles)
  • Task: Order, inquire about menu, small talk
  • Note: Swap roles midway
Feedback (10 mins):
  • Discuss: Role-play challenges
