Are you new to yoga and you don't know quite where to start?

Join me for a 40 min basic yoga class that will introduce you to the basics of breath and some beginner poses. This class is suitable for students of any age and fitness level.

During the class we will discuss the benefits of breath and each posture individually so if you want to brush up on your English skills while moving your body and having some fun, then this class is for you.

I pride myself on being able to create a safe space where we can learn, have a laugh and grow together.
