Sometimes you don't need a textbook — you just need someone friendly to talk to, who'll help you sound more natural along the way. That's what this lesson is.
We simply talk. About your day, your work, your weekend, a trip you're planning, a show you're watching — whatever you like. As we go, I'll gently correct the little things that make a big difference and feed you more natural ways to say what you mean. No drilling, no awkward silences, no feeling judged.
I taught English in Japan for six years, so I'm used to helping people relax into speaking and slowly lose the fear of making mistakes. I'm also easy to talk to — I'm into books and writing, board games, photography, travel and Japanese culture — so if you ever run out of things to say, I've got plenty of topics ready.
This lesson is perfect if you want to keep your English active, build confidence, or just enjoy speaking regularly. All levels welcome — I'll match your pace, and with beginners I'll keep things simple and encouraging.

教科書なんていらない日もあります——ただ、気軽に話せる相手がいて、そのついでに自然な英語が身についていく。このレッスンは、まさにそんな時間です。
とにかく話しましょう。今日あったこと、お仕事のこと、週末のこと、計画中の旅行、今ハマっているドラマ——何でも構いません。話しながら、ちょっとした、でも大きな違いになる部分をやさしく直したり、「そういう時はこう言うと自然ですよ」という表現をお伝えしたりします。無理な反復練習もなし、気まずい沈黙もなし、ジャッジされる心配もなし。
私は日本で6年間英語を教えてきました。ですから、緊張をほぐしながら話してもらうこと、そして「間違えても大丈夫」と少しずつ思えるようにお手伝いすることには慣れています。それに、私自身も話しやすいタイプだと思います——読書や文章を書くこと、ボードゲーム、写真、旅行、そして日本の文化が好きなので、もし話題に詰まっても、こちらからいくらでもネタを出せます。
このレッスンは、英語を使い続けたい方、自信をつけたい方、あるいはただ定期的に話すのを楽しみたい方にぴったりです。レベルは問いません——あなたのペースに合わせますし、初心者の方にはシンプルに、そして励ましながら進めていきます。
