I know many of you are so busy with work, family and other commitments. But exercise is very important to keep your energy level high and boost happy hormones!
Try this exercise programme where you ONLY need 15 mins per day. With this workout, you will feel stronger, more energetic and at the same time lose weight.
My only request is, try to set a goal and commit. Example, work out 3 times per week, for only 15 minutes. And you shall see the results!
