This class flows through a wide range of fundamental yoga poses.
Each pose has its own unique benefits, but as you move your body comfortably with your breath, you may begin to notice changes not only in your body, but also in your mind.
What kinds of poses do you enjoy most?
Whether you are competely new to yoga or have practicedfor many years, this lesson is designed to support your condition and energy level on that particular day, so you can enjoy the yoga your body and mind need most.
This is a 40-minute class that incorporates many different yoga poses in a gentle and enjoyable flow.
Littel by little, your inner muscles (core strength) and flexibility will inprove, and poses that once felt difficult may gradually become easier and more natural.
Recommened for peopel who:
・want to enjoy a variety of yoga poses
・would like to experience the benefits of proper yoga alignment and movement
・feel their body is stiff or inflexible
・would like to improve flexibility, including front and side splits
・want to challenge themseleves with more advanced poses over time
Both beginners and experienced students are welcome.
