As a certified yoga instructor with 7 years of teaching experience, I have honed my skills in guiding students through various yoga practices for weight loss, strength,stamina ,flexibility including Hatha yoga , power yoga, traditional yoga, advance asana, iyenger yoga ,stretching yoga ,yoga pilates,Ayurvedic Diet, pranayama and meditation. I have a strong focus on alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness, creating a safe and supportive environment for practitioners of all levels. My background in 500 hours teacher training by yoga alliance and QCI certified yoga teacher which is given by indian government has equipped me with a solid understanding of Mentally, physiology, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga, allowing me to tailor sessions to meet the individual needs of my students.

Eligibility:- person should not have cervical, slip disc , knee or any joints related disease,  High B.P, cardiac issues & Epilepsy. 
 
I tailor each session to your unique needs and preferences, ensuring that your journey towards your goals is both fulfilling and effective.
 
My Yoga sessions are highly customized to suit your individual needs and comfort.
 
 
Requirements for Participation:
- A Yoga Mat
- Good internet connection
- Wear loose, comfortable clothes (Joggers & T-shirt)
