Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 3 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 3 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 2 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

My qualifications:
 
-I have spent over 10 years studying anxiety and evidence-based solutions
 
-Currently in Graduate School for Clinical Psychology in the United States
 
-I have extensive experience using and teaching Acceptance and Commitment Training, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Approaches, and many more.
 
-I have worked with people of all ages live better, more relaxed lives.
 
-Certified Teacher in Constructive Living (principles of Morita and Naikan training in Japan)
 
My 30-day program:
 
-3 60-minute sessions where I will coach you on how to overcome your struggles with anxiety
 
-Every day for 30-days we will check in with eachother by voice messages as a "progress report" to keep you motivated, on track, and doing your homework assignments. I can answer your questions daily.
 
All lesson are conducted in English. I can use some Japanese to the best of my abilities.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
