このレッスンは、卒業論文、レポート、PowerPoint、発表資料、その他の日本語で作成した文章や資料を一緒に確認・添削するレッスンです。
文法や語彙の間違いを直すだけではなく、文章が日本語として自然か、内容が読み手に分かりやすく伝わるか、その資料の目的や場面に適した表現・文体になっているかという点も確認します。
大学の課題や卒業論文、研究発表、仕事で使用する資料など、生徒さんが実際に作成しているものを使ってレッスンを進めることができます。
レッスンで扱う内容
資料の種類や目的に合わせて、例えば以下のような点を確認します。
- 文法・助詞の間違い
- 語彙や言葉の選び方
- 不自然な日本語表現
- 文と文のつながり
- 文章全体の分かりやすさ
- 書き言葉として適切な表現
- 文体の統一
- 「です・ます調」と「だ・である調」の使い分け
- 学術的な文章に適した表現
- レポート・論文で使われる表現
- PowerPointや発表資料に適した簡潔な表現
- 読み手や目的に応じた言葉遣い
卒業論文・レポートの添削
卒業論文や大学のレポートでは、日常会話とは異なる日本語表現が必要になります。
文法的には間違っていなくても、論文としては不自然な表現や、より適切な書き方がある場合があります。
そのため、文章を一緒に確認しながら、**「どこを直したほうがよいのか」だけではなく、「なぜその表現を直すのか」「どのような表現がこの文章に適しているのか」**についても必要に応じて説明します。
また、文章の意味や本人が伝えたい内容をできるだけ維持しながら、日本語としてより自然で分かりやすい文章になるように確認します。
PowerPoint・発表資料の添削
PowerPointや発表資料では、論文と同じ文章をそのまま使うのではなく、短く、分かりやすく、見た人が理解しやすい表現が必要になることがあります。
スライドに書かれている日本語だけでなく、必要に応じて、
- スライドのタイトル
- 見出し
- 箇条書き
- 図や表の説明
- 発表で実際に話す文章
なども一緒に確認できます。
一緒に確認しながら学ぶ添削レッスン
このレッスンでは、単に文章を修正して完成した文章を渡すだけではなく、生徒さんと一緒に文章を確認しながら、日本語を学ぶことも大切にします。
どこが不自然なのか、なぜ修正が必要なのか、元の表現と修正後の表現では何が違うのかを確認することで、今後自分で日本語の文章を書くときにも活用できるようにします。
分からない表現や、「この言い方でも大丈夫？」「もっと自然な書き方はある？」といった質問も自由にしてください。
