Description

This class is karate fitness based designed for exercise in small areas when the gym isn’t available. Anyone who wants to pursue karate, learn mental strength, improve their athletic ability, or wants to have fun can participate. By incorporating the basic movements of Shotokan karate, you will be working out without straining the body while being aware of good form and the timing of your efforts. Please try the first lesson for free. Anyone from 3 years of age to adults can enjoy my class. Wear clothes that are easy to move in and have a space of at least 6 feet in length and width to take this class in.
 

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

  • More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
