I want to let you know that I will be hosting a live meditation seminar this Friday (15th) at 2000hrs (8pm JST).
This seminar will be focusing on the fundamentals of meditation, and answering the most common questions people have about meditation. It will teach you everything you need to know to practice meditation at home (or anywhere else) in your own time, without any additional guidance. It will also be a great introduction to my group meditation sessions, which I host every Saturday morning at 0830hrs.
