◆ What is Facial Yoga?

Facial yoga is a form of stretching and toning the facial muscles. It is said that Japanese people use only 20% of the 60 facial muscles in the face. If left unattended, these muscles will deteriorate with age, but because they are so small, it is also fairly easy to achieve results. 2 to 3 minutes a day for about 2 weeks will transform your face!

On top of the aesthetic effects, from

・Reducing your laugh lines and marionette lines

・Refining your facial contours
