“When you transform your face, you transform your life”
Why don’t you train your facial muscles using Facial Yoga to achieve your ideal facial structure?
Once mastered, this exercise can be done for the rest of your daily life, regardless of your age or gender.
Furthermore, there is also a mysterious secondary effect, in which the change in your facial expression changes your way of thinking into a more positive manner, which will help our day-to-day experience!!
My personal experience: Since I started practicing facial yoga, the signs of aging that had been bothering me have gradually resolved, and my skin has become more radiant and supple without the help of cosmetics, and people say I look younger now than I did 10 years ago.
When I used to use expensive department store cosmetics, I struggled with acne and wrinkles, but now my skin’s metabolism has improved and my skin has become tougher, so even when I use inexpensive cosmetics, my skin stays trouble-free.
My students often tell me that I have a relaxed and calm atmosphere in my lessons. Please don’t hesitate to join me♬

◆ What is Facial Yoga?
Facial yoga is a form of stretching and toning the facial muscles. It is said that Japanese people use only 20% of the 60 facial muscles in the face. If left unattended, these muscles will deteriorate with age, but because they are so small, it is also fairly easy to achieve results. 2 to 3 minutes a day for about 2 weeks will transform your face!
On top of the aesthetic effects, from
・Reducing your laugh lines and marionette lines
・Refining your facial contours
・Improving the muscles around your mouth for a beautiful smile
・Reduce sagging around your eyes and improve eye strength
・Improve skin elasticity and glow by boosting metabolism
There are other wonderful effects on areas other than your face as well, such as
・Improving the fluency when speaking
・Preventing aspiration
・Preventing age-related fogginess by activating the brain.
