Nice to meet you!!
I am alice_, a yoga instructor.
I have practiced classical ballet, ballroom dancing, street dancing, and singing.
One day, I was introduced to yoga and found it fascinating, so I worked to obtain the US Yoga Alliance RYT200 certification. In India, which is the birthplace of yoga, I met a Japanese instructor and completed the US Yoga Alliance RYT300 as well.
During my stay in India, I gained around 10kg as I had to stay at home during the lockdown from the pandemic!!
Since I had gained so much weight, I decided to test with my own body to see what the most effective way to lose weight and get the quickest results was. lol
After a trial-and-error process of exercising, massaging, stretching, and improving my lifestyle, I had lost about 13kg!!
Based on my own success, I am now offering “custom-made” personal online lessons.
