Mineco-sensei and I have been reading 吾輩は猫である which is a book I have been very interested in for years now, but could never really understand by myself. Mineco-sensei always prepares thoroughly for each lesson. She makes slides with the words, phrases and grammar for each passage. She also researches the cultural background whenever there's a difficult part or idiom in the text, as well as prepares some sentences for me to read outloud as a practice. We always have a chat about the passage and every single lesson is a lot of fun. I really appreciate all of the work Mineco-sensei puts into lesson prep.

必要に応じて関連サイトやご自身でまとめた資料をすぐに共有してくださるなど、教える経験の豊富さを毎回感じます。レッスンは穏やかなペースで丁寧に進み、和やかで落ち着いた雰囲気の中で学べます。

こちらのペースに合わせ、無理なく進めてくださるので助かります。毎回、丁寧なフィードバックもくださるので、ありがたいです。

時間があっという間に過ぎるくらい楽しいです！！ 会話を上手に引き出してくれるのですごく嬉しい！ すぐまたお話ししたくなる先生です！！

これまで数年間レッスンを続けています。丁寧で優しく、急がせない、お話ししやすい先生です。そして、レッスンを受けた後には、詳細なフィードバックをくださるので、とても勉強になります。具体的には、会話した原文と、その修正文を文字に起こして、どこがよかったか悪かったか、これからどのような表現そすればより良くなるのか。を返信して下さいます。とても良い先生だと思います。

Listening had always been my biggest weakness and a source of frustration for me. However, thanks to her lessons, I started exploring English videos from a wide variety of genres. I especially enjoy TED Talks, which are both enlightening and a great way to learn sophisticated vocabulary in a natural context. This is a class I would like to continue taking on a regular basis.
