1. The basics of nutrition and why good nutrition is important.
2. How we can use this knowledge to create a fun and exciting customized diet that is easy to follow and healthy. (No, I won't tell you to just lick celery. We will still eat delicious food).
Under these two main points, we will look at a wide array of sub-points including the building blocks of the body, the main energy systems, how to gauge and adapt your diet, when which types of nutrition are the most important, and many, many more.
You are also welcome to ask me any questions at the end of the lesson.
