Private One-on-One Online Workout Session – 20 Minutes

Let’s get moving and have fun with this private workout session designed just for you! Whether you’re a beginner or looking for a light, energizing exercise routine, this session is all about easy bodyweight exercises, set to motivating music to make it enjoyable.

What to Expect:

  1. Warm Welcome and Quick Chat (5 minutes for first-timers):
    For your first session, we’ll start with a short interview to understand your fitness level, goals, and preferences. This helps me create the best possible experience tailored to you!

  2. Let’s Move! (20 minutes):

    • We’ll do simple, easy-to-follow exercises.
    • Music will keep us energized and motivated!
    • Expect to sweat just a bit—it’s light, fun, and great for boosting your energy.
  3. Your Session, Your Pace:
    This is a safe, judgment-free space to exercise at a level that feels good for you. I’ll guide you step by step and make adjustments as needed.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel refreshed, accomplished, and one step closer to your fitness goals. Let’s make this fun and something you’ll look forward to! 😊
