For your first session, we’ll start with a short interview to understand your fitness level, goals, and preferences. This helps me create the best possible experience tailored to you! -
Let’s Move! (20 minutes):
- We’ll do simple, easy-to-follow exercises.
- Music will keep us energized and motivated!
- Expect to sweat just a bit—it’s light, fun, and great for boosting your energy.
