Kursinhalt

Level:
Intermediate (For those with some yoga experience who are comfortable with flow-based sequences).
 
Age/Health Considerations:
Suitable for teens and adults. Students with recent injuries or serious health conditions should consult with their healthcare provider before joining.
 
What You Will Need:
Yoga mat
Towel
Water bottle
Comfortable, breathable clothing
Space large enough for the mat, allowing full body movement. Ensure your entire body is visible on the webcam so I can provide clear feedback and guidance.

Class Description:
This 60-minute vinyasa flow class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a dynamic sequence of poses, followed by a calming meditation. We will begin with a slow and mindful warm-up, focusing on connecting breath with movement to prepare the body for more challenging poses. As we move through the vinyasa flow, expect to transition smoothly between postures that balance both sides of the body, working on core stability, hip openness, and shoulder strength.
 
The intensity of this class is moderate:
Amount of exercise and intensity: ★★★☆☆ (moderate to challenging)
This class is ideal for those looking to deepen their practice and explore the connection between breath and movement.
 
The second half of the class will slow down, leading into a meditative practice where we’ll focus on deep breathing techniques (pranayama) and calming the mind. A final relaxation (shavasana) will conclude the session, helping your body integrate the practice and your mind find stillness.
 
Notes for Students:
You will feel both energized and grounded after this session.
