Have a pair of dumbbells and 25 minutes on your hands? Join me for this short and explosive full arm workout!

課程介紹

Take 25 minutes of your day to dedicate to your body! If you don't have a pair of dumbbells at home, feel free to call me from your gym! I will do every exercise with you and walk you through it. I can also help you choose the weight appropriate for you.
The first and the final couple minutes of the lesson are dedicated to warming up and stretching. As for the exercises, using a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) timer, every exercise is done for a certain period of time, after which there is a period of rest time. Every exercise targets a specific muscle group in your body, like biceps, triceps, your back and chest, and all of them are repeated in five sets total. Tone your arms with this short and super explosive workout which can be done at the gym or at home!
