In this type of lesson we can talk about your daily habbits first, and then I can help your make a plan on how to improve your performance, reach your goal ( become bigger, thinner, fatser, stronger etc...) or just stay healthy. I can help you learn about different exercises, a healthy and effective diet and other things related to your health and fitness. You can learn what things to avoid in relation to food or your workout,  we can make a weekly plan for you etc..

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

  • No-Show→ Возможна комиссия за отмену урока.
