I am a dietitian (or you can also call me a nutritionist) and I can help you start dieting! I specialize in the nutrition field and this is your opportunity to get real advice from a real health professional!

This lesson will include as the following;
  1. Your ideal weight (please make sure you know your height)
  2. Calories requirement in one day (including carbs, sugar, protein, fat, and water according to your weight and height)
  3. Weight loss plan (duration, how to achieve, and type of exercise)
  4. 3 FREE questions about anything related to nutrition! 
P.S. Meal plan is not included in this lesson. However, I can provide you with general advice on what type of food you should eat.
