Teacher Selina is an exceptional tutor. She delivered GOODBYE 2025, HELLO 2026 with clarity and warmth. She made me feel comfortable and free. I could make mistakes and she waited for me to finish, then she corrected me. She helped me to refelect on 2025 and think forward into 2026. I feel motivated after speaking to her. She will help you relax, laugh and have fun during the lesson. I was very happy to make sentences with the new vocabulary to help me improve my English with new words. 滑らかに発音できない箇所や苦手な母音の発音について、練習方法を丁寧に説明して下さいました。口の動きや声色なども注視しながら丁寧にレッスンを進めて下さいます。ネイティブが省略しがちな所も様々に教えて頂き、大変勉強になります。

長編ドラマを一話一話見て内容について語り合っています。時代物なので難しいですが、先生は優しく気さくで何でも教えて頂けるので安心です。前日の夜遅い質問にも次の早朝レッスンに間に合わせて下さったことがありました。その節は本当にありがとうございました！

こちらのリクエストを反映した教材を都度準備してくれます。レッスンは落ち着いた・和やかな雰囲気で楽しく学んでいますが、常に当方の英語をよく聞き、より好ましい表現方法や発音・イントネーションをアドバイスしてくれます。また、レッスン中も分からない点の有無など、要所要所で丁寧に確認してくれます。今まで数多くのイギリス人の先生に英語を学んできましたが、アドバイスの的確さや柔軟性、レッスン時間を少しも無駄にしないなど、プロフェッショナルという点では随一の先生です。

I was very happy to take this Abacus lesson because it was available in English. This is rare to find. The tutor was very helpful and encouraging. Unfortunately I can't obtain a Soroban abacus where I live. But I do recommend this lesson to any English-speaking student.
