私のレッスンでは、ダンスやバレエの基礎を使った
・ストレッチ
・エクササイズ
・トレーニング
を行います。どれも簡単な動きですので、経験のない方や普段運動をされない方でもマネできる内容です。
ご自身のペース、できる範囲の動きでお気軽にご参加下さいね♪
そしてセルフマッサージも取り入れ、体を温めたりスイッチを入れながらレッスンします。
普段生活しているだけではしない動きを一緒に楽しんで頂けると嬉しいです！

レッスンに赤ちゃんが映り込むことがありますが、ご理解いただけますと幸いです。
