Snowboarding and skiing this year?? Let's get your body in shape to tackle those slopes!!

Description

Hey guys!
I have been in the professional world of snowboarding since 2009.
There is nothing better than some fresh snow and great lines.
One thing I know for certain is thatt being  unprepared for this can lead to injury .

i have created a series of workouts that keep my body in great shape all season round!
These exercise help strengthen muscle to protect out joints and ligaments! 
So if you are looking to go hard this season, let's get you in shape!
Not only will you protect yourself from unnecessary injury, you will be able to smash the mountain all day!
So the workout will focus on four main areas; core strength, thighs and hamstrings, upper body strength and muscle conditioning.

i can not wait to get started together! 

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.
