Hello Everybody,
I’m Mai and am currently teaching Pilates and Strength training group/private lessons in the US.
I’m a Japanese and have been a fitness instructor more than 15 years teaching Pilates, strength training, TRX suspension training and cardio kickboxing etc.
I’m looking forward to seeing you!!
◆What is Mat PILATES?
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening and streching the body with an emphasis on core strength. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

Water Bottle
Towel
Yoga Mat or bath towel
Form Fitting Workout Attire

Stott Pilates Reformer course completed
Certified TRX Suspension Trainer
FTP Mat Pilates course completed
AFAA Group Fitness Instructor course completed
Certified Adult First Aid/CPR/AED by Redcross
AAAI ISMA Primary Aerobic Instructor Certification Course completed
Japan Lifetime sports association Jogging instructor 2nd grade course completed
