姿勢改善ヨガ - 美しい軸をつくる -
日常の癖やデスクワークで崩れやすい姿勢を整え、
背骨・骨盤・肩の位置を意識しながら自然な美しい姿勢へ導くヨガです。
ポーズでは、背面(背中・肩甲骨まわり)や体幹(お腹・骨盤底筋)を中心に
呼吸と共にやさしく動かしていきます。
