夜凪ヨガ - 眠りへ導く静けさ -

 

一日の終わりに、心と体をやさしく解きほぐす夜のヨガ。

照明を落とした静かな空間で、ゆっくりとした呼吸に身を委ねながら

深いリラクゼーションへ導きます。

 

ストレッチ・ツイスト・軽い前屈など、

神経を鎮めるポーズを中心に構成し、睡眠の質を高めていきます。

・眠る前になかなかリラックスできない方

・考えごとが多く、眠りが浅い方

・肩や腰に日々の疲れを感じる方

・夜の自分時間を穏やかに過ごしたい方

 

眠るためのヨガではなく、

“心をやすめるための夜のひととき”を一緒に過ごしましょう。
