Kursinhalt
This is a 30-minute Hatha yoga class designed to gently stretch and refresh your whole body.
We move slowly and mindfully, focusing on breath and simple poses to release tension and stiffness.
The class includes plenty of stretching for the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs — perfect if you feel tight from daily life, desk work, or stress.
The pace is calm and steady, so it’s suitable for beginners as well as anyone looking for a relaxing but effective practice.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.
