Chair yoga is suitable for everyone new to yoga, confined to a desk at work, or unable to participate in a traditional yoga class because of aging, injury, or disability.

Chair Yoga deepens flexibility, increases range of motion, relieves cramps, creates a happy mental state, and strengthens personal body awareness.

Let's get refreshed during this 15 min chair yoga class. The only thing you need is a chair!!

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.
