In this 30 minute Introduction to Yoga class, I will introduce you to the basics to Yoga in a relaxed and fun way—no pressure, just movement, breath, and feeling good in your body. We’ll go step by step, focusing on simple poses, mindful breathing, and finding what works for you. Whether you're brand new or just getting back into it, this is your space to move at your own pace and enjoy the journey. Let’s flow!
