This class is designed for people of all ages and cultures to learn what meditation is, and why it's essential to set aside time dedicated to meditation in our everyday lives.
 
You do not need to have any experience, but all levels of consciousness are welcome. 15 minutes are set aside during the class to meditate together.
 
Just by sitting together with an intention even if it's a virtual environment, raises the frequency around us to magnify love and peace. ☻
 


Preparation for the class:
 
∞ Please book a time and a day when you'll be alone or can isolate yourself in a quiet room for the duration of 55 minutes (it doesn't need to be indoors, even better if you can find a place in nature with a stable network connection!).
 
∞ Come with an open heart
 
∞ Be mindful about keeping hydrated before the class hour 
 
∞ Come with a notebook and a pen, and a glass of water

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

  • No-Show→ Se perderá el 100% del importe de la clase
