Kursinhalt

【Class discription】
In this class, we will exercise our body with yoga postures within a fitness form mixing in strength-training moves like lunges, squats and plank-workout to strengthen inner core and muscles as well as stretching our body. You will work on arms/shoulders, abs, glutes, back, legs and balance. Depending on which body parts you want to focus on, I will do my best to create a perfect class for you. Also I have experience losing weight about -7kg and working as a personal trainer so I would be happy to give you some advice for your diet or exercise routines if you wish. Expect to feel energized, powerful, strong, refreshed and happy! I hope to see you in the class! (There is also 60mins full class!)
