Gentle Flow Yoga

Description

Suitable for students with a basic understanding of yoga. This class involves breath flow, including 1-2 advanced poses, gradually building up from warm-up to safely enter challenging poses. It is a moderately intense yoga practice. The class will be adjusted based on the students' foundations.
 
・It is recommended to bring two yoga bricks of your own.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.
