It doesn’t really come as a surprise to learn that spending 8+ hours per day sitting at a desk can be bad for our health, in this class we will take a short break and stretch our body.
No need yoga outfits or yoga mat, we will do it from your chair.
Desk yoga stretch can be used to help relieve these tensions and daily stresses that occur at our work stations.
This class also will help you to feel more relaxed.
