In this 25-minute class, we will gently stretch and warm up the body before moving into some basic yoga postures. This class is perfect for beginners and intermediate students.
In this 25-minute class, we will gently stretch and warm up the body before moving into some basic yoga postures. This class is perfect for beginners and intermediate students.
We will practice simple and relaxing poses like Butterfly Pose, Baby Cradle Pose, Cobra Pose, Tree Pose, and more. The flow will help you improve flexibility, balance, and body awareness.
At the end of the session, we’ll spend the last 2 minutes doing a calming breathing exercise to relax the mind and body.
No prior experience is needed—just bring a yoga mat and your willingness to move and breathe!
