Yoga is not just about flexibility of the body but felxibility in the mental and emotional bodies too! Let me guide you through a series of gentle yet deep postures (asanas) suited to your level, along with some deep breathing, which will leave you feeling fully relaxed and noursihed to the core. At the end of every lesson I will guide you through a short 'Yoga Nidra*' session whcih will bring about a deep sense of relaxation.

Yoga Nidra means Yogic sleep. However the aim of the practice is not to fall asleep. The aim is to reach the place between awake and asleep, the place where your subconscious mind is fully awakened and you have the opportunity to change deep seated patterns and conditionings.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.
