Long term (chronic) stress is linked to many scary health issues.  (Heart disease and high blood pressure, dementia and even cancer!). And it makes sense: it's not healthy constantly waiting for the lion to attack!  For many women today, the lion is our lives.  

As a holistic nutrition coach, I support women working through emotional eating challenges related to chronic stress.  But you don't need to thinking about weight loss to focus on stress.  Talking through stressful situations:

1. Gets problems out in the open instead of stuck in your head
2. Allows you to hear your situation more clearly, making it real and...
3. Is the first step towards coming up with ways to take action

Having a stressful day/ week/ year?  Talking about it with someone who's really listening is powerful medicine. Welcome to your confidential 30 minutes of talk-it-out time. No worries about office gossip or friends talking behind your back and NO JUDGMENT from me.
