In this course we going to check different techniques how to managed the stress one of them is meditation I will teach you different techniques I learn in my meditation course when I was in Thailand I have been used for over 10 years and have been really helpful, first we going to check the different aspect cause you stress from that we going to see the techniques you will be able to use everywhere and teach other
