Description
This lesson is for anyone that wants to have a personal exercise program. Beginner to expert.
To receive your 7-day training program, you need to request a trial lesson first. After you have completed your trial lesson, please request a full lesson 24 hours or more after your trial lesson.
If you are a new student, please request a trial lesson first.
During the trial lesson:
We will have a look at your general health, fitness levels, and goals. I will explain some of the basics around exercise and how a training program can help us reach our goals. The goal of the trial lesson is to gather the information that will help me to make a personalised training program.
After the trial lesson, please request a full lesson.
During the lesson:
I will use all the information that I gathered during the trial lesson to create an easy-to-follow, fun, and effective 7-day training program that will have you on the journey to reaching your health goals in no time. I will explain the training program to you so that you know what to do and so that you understand why we are doing the specific exercises. With this knowledge, you will be able to alter and adapt the program in the future.

If you would like a follow-up lesson where I will check in on your progress or adapt the workout program, please request another lesson. In a follow-up lesson, we can look at your progress, compare your results to where you started, adapt the program, or just chat about the exercises.
I believe training programs should be based on living a healthy and long life, not only on looking good. But, if you stick to the program and eat healthy meals, looking good is a sure by-product.
